Quad: Eagar Area: Route heading west off of FR 285 at junction with 85 toward Milligan Valley. Description: According to Forest Service staff, this route was closed to avoid spotted owl habitat and nesting sites. Barrier appears to have been shot and fence next to it appears to have been bent.
